The tt5000 handheld from t+t netcom provides a cost-effective and powerful solution to meet the needs of the marketplace for mobile computing.

This robust handheld device was designed for everyday use, for example in the warehouse, commercial, catering and healthcare sectors, and its small and lightweight design offers users maximum convenience and reliability.

Its simple operation and small dimensions ensure that the device provides exceptional ease-of-use combined with perfect ergonomics. When operated with the optional long-life rechargeable battery (Li-Ion, 4400mAh), the tt5000 can be used for up to 12 hours NON-STOP depending on the application. An SD card can also be used to meet additional storage requirements.

The optional desktop cradle is used both for data interchange (RS232, USB) and device charging. At the same time, a second removable battery can be charged in the separate charging bay as a reserve.

The basic tt5000 configuration includes powerful components such as a large 3.5“ LCD colour display (touchscreen), scanner (5-70cm range) with vibration function, WLAN (IEEE 802.11b/g) and Bluetooth (v 1.2, class II). In addition, data can also be transferred via the device‘s serial, USB and infrared ports. Three functions are activated during scanning (visual via LEDs, acoustic via a loudspeaker and tactile via vibration) which makes the device much easier to use. These functions ensure maximum performance and Real-Time Data Exchange with minimal size.

The High RAM and ROM Memory Capacity, combined with a powerful Intel processor, means that many different application types can be run at the highest possible speeds. The backlit keypad makes it easy to work even in poor light conditions.

The basic version includes a rechargeable battery (2400mAh), a stylus with rubber band, hand strap, power supply, user CD and data synchronisation cable. A comprehensive range of additional accessories is also available, such as a carry case, USB host cable, Ethernet adapter, long-life rechargeable battery, headset (VoIP), protective LCD film and car charging cable, offering everything you could wish for and making the tt5000 the perfect AUTO-ID solution.

The tt5000 meets the most demanding of requirements in industrial use, despite its exceptionally Low Weight at just 290 grams.
